The flamenco and the legendary Carmen hail from Seville, while sherry traces it's beginnings to the town of Jerez and the Andalusian horse is recognized as one of the oldest breeds in the world. Cordoba, a renowned center of learning under the Moors, has the exquisite Mezquita - once the world's grandest mosques - and its old Jewish Quarter. Granada has the magnificent Alhambra and its lush Generalife gardens.

Stand where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean and imagine all those who have passed here through the millenniums. Equally intriguing are the rugged Sierra Nevada Mountains.
